ever since i bought zoeva's eye definition brush set, i've realized, how crappy my powder & blush brushes are in comparison to my super-soft and high quality eye brushes. and because i don't really spend too much money on my powder & blushes themselves, i thought some higher quality brushes would be a great investment. 

zoeva had totally convinced me with the eye brushes, which is why i knew i was going to order my new ones on their site as well. after some thoughts about buying an individual powder & blush brush, i finally got the mini bamboo set, which consists of 5 brushes. the pictures & descriptions below will give you a more detailed image of my new acquisition.

seit ich vor längerem das eye definition set von zoeva gekauft habe, ist mir immer wieder aufgefallen, wie toll die pinsel im vergleich zu meinen drogerie puder- & rougepinseln sind. und weil ich für puder und rouge selbst nicht wirklich viel geld ausgebe, dachte ich mir, ein paar neue pinsel wären eine gute investition. 

zoeva hatte mich preis-leistungstechnisch wirklich überzeugt, von dem her war mir klar, dass ich auf jeden fall wieder da bestellen will. nach ein bisschen hin und her zwischen einzelnen puder- & rougepinseln habe ich mich letztendlich für das mini bamboo set entschieden, das insgesamt 5 pinsel enthält. die folgenden bilder zeigen alle details.

1. bronzer - for powder & bronzer, very dense structure that helps you pick up a lot of product. i find it really easy to apply my compact powder to my face evenly. // für puder & bronzer, sehr dichte 'borsten', man kann also viel produkt auf einmal aufnehmen. ich selbst finde, dass sich vor allem kompaktpuder damit sehr gleichmäßig auftragen lässt.

2. blush - for cream and powder blush. like the 'bronzer', the blush brush has a really dense structure and picks up a lot of blush. you gotta be really careful to keep your face from looking too dolly. and i think the brush itself could be a bite wider. // für creme- & puderrouge. genau wie der 'bronzer' hat auch dieser pinsel eine sehr dichte struktur, d.h. man hat schnell viel rouge auf den feinen haaren. also vorsicht, dass nicht zu viel auf den wangen landet, sonst sieht man schnell wie eine puppe aus.

3. crease - more voluminous than the one from the eye definition set, which makes it my current favorite. perfect to apply eyeshadow to your eyelid fold and to fade it out towards your browbone. // insgesamt etwas größer als der aus dem eye definition set und deswegen meine momentane nummer 1. perfekt, um lidschatten in der lidfalte aufzutragen, oder ihm zum brauenknochen hin auszublenden.

4. shader - more pointed than my other one, which helps apply eyeshadow more precisely. nice, dense structure with soft hairs that pick up loads of product and create intense colors on the eyelid. // etwas spitzer geformt als mein anderer, somit lässt sich lidschatten gezielter auftragen. schöne, dichte struktur, die feinen haare nehmen viel produkt auf und sorgen für intensive farbe auf dem lid.

5. liner - i can't really say anything about this one, since i personally don't use liquid or gel eyeliner. but as far as i can tell, it should be perfect if you're going for a bold 60s-style cat eye. // zum liner pinsel kann ich nicht wirklich was sagen, da ich persönlich weder flüssigen noch gel-eyeliner benutze. aber soweit ich das beurteilen kann, sollte die form perfekt für auffällige cat-eye styles sein.

the whole set is made from vegan products only and comes with an organic cotton travel zipper bag. considering my ratings, you've probably realized that i absolutely love these brushes! totally recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality brushes at a reasonable price // das ganze set ist aus veganem material gemacht und wird in einem aus ökologisch angebauter baumwolle gefertigten reisetäschchen mit reißverschluss geliefert. wie die bewertungen zeigen, war es wirklich liebe auf den ersten blick! ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der gute pinsel zu einem anständigen preis haben will.
