happy new year

well, first of all: i wish you all a happy new year. personally, i don't feel like 2013 is already over, it seems like it went by way too fast. anyway, as i haven't posted anything in just over two months, there are quite a few things i would like to share with you now. 

i've just finished my very first round of exams at uni which is quite a big deal for me since studying basically killed any kind of private life whatsoever that i might have had in the past. due to this massive pile of information that i had to suck up, i wasn't even able to show you my christmas presents yet. like probably most of us, i spent the holidays with my family and i really had a wonderful time. raclette, bubbly champagne and some really nice presents really made this (or should i say last) year's christmas eve oh so special.

so here's an overview of my latest new-ins:

frohes neues

zuallererst möchte ich euch allen wirklich ein frohes neues jahr wünschen. persönlich kann ich noch garnicht wirklich glauben, dass 2013 schon vorbei ist. es ging einfach so verdammt schnell rum.. naja. nachdem ich jetzt seit knapp über zwei monaten nichts gepostet habe, gibt es ein paar sachen, die ich gerne mit euch teilen würde.

zunächst einmal bin ich ziemlich froh, heute die letzte klausur meiner allerersten prüfungsphase an der uni hinter mich gebracht zu haben. das ganze lernen hatte mir in letzter zeit jede art von privatleben verbaut. noch nicht einmal meine weihnachtsgeschenke konnte ich hochladen. 

wie wahrscheinlich die meisten von euch habe ich heiligabend mit meiner familie verbracht. es gab wie immer raclette und dazu champagner, brettspiele und natürlich geschenke. es war einfach wunderschön, mal wieder zuhause zu sein, auch wenn ich meine freiheit in hamburg sonst genauso zu schätzen weiß.

hier ein kleiner überblick über die letzten paar einkäufe:

i just love these boots. they're from a brand called billi bi copenhagen and i found them at an amazing boutique in eppendorf. // ich liebe diese boots. die marke heißt billi bi copenhagen und ich habe sie in einer wundervollen boutique in eppendorf gefunden.

i love the fact that the studs are at the back and therefore not too prominent. // die nieten auf der rückseite fallen erst beim zweiten blick ins auge, was ich besonders gut finde.

and if you're fed up with the studs you can just zip them close. // und wenn man mal keine nieten will, kann man einfach den reißverschluss zumachen.

my life-long passion for miss dior chérie has now been satisfied. i even got it twice for christmas from two different people. // meine lebenslange liebe für miss dior chérie wurde erfüllt. zu weihnachten gab's gleich zwei flakons von zwei verschiedenen freunden.

it might not look that great on the picture, but i was lovestruck once i saw this beauty at the michael kors store in metzingen. it's super soft & almost silky plus it really keeps you warm. // auf dem bild kommt das nicht so toll rüber, aber ich war einfach verzaubert, als ich dieses traumstück in der michael kors boutique in metzingen gesehen habe. sie ist super weich und seidig und hält auch noch warm.

last but not least: the new ipad air in white. i mainly bought it for uni purposes but it's been my constant companion ever since i first laid hands on it. i was hoping to get some more shopping done in munich over nye, but couldn't find a single thing i liked. 

tomorrow, i'll be starting an internship at beliya. i really think you should check them out, their beautiful bags are all serving a charity purpose. can't wait to tell you all about it!

und zu guter letzt: das neue ipad air in weiß. eigentlich habe ich es hauptsächlich für die uni gekauft, aber seit heiligabend nicht mehr aus der hand gegeben. 

ich hatte gehofft, über silvester in münchen noch ein bisschen shoppen zu gehen, aber da gab es kein einziges schönes teil mehr in den läden.

morgen fange ich ein praktikum bei beliya an. deren handtaschen sind wirklich schön und dienen auch noch gleich einem guten zweck. ich kann's kaum erwarten, euch alles zu berichten!
